Who is ATL Elite Connections built for?
Serious real estate professionals who are actively operating or ready for Fix & flip, buy & hold, STR/MTR/Co-living, private money lending, wholesaling, business acquisitions — if you're in the field or ready to be, there's a place for you here.
What's the difference between Elite and Cohort?
Elite is self-directed. You get vetted connections, resources, and direction — you execute on your own timeline. Cohort is hands-on. We build a personalized schedule around your goals, stay actively involved, and deploy services directly for you over 2 months.
What does the application process look like?
You fill out a short pre-screening form, we review your goals and current stage, and a team member follows up to confirm fit. The intake is designed to understand who you are, what you have, and what you need — so we can give you momentum immediately.
What services do members actually get access to?
Financing (fix & flip, transactional lending/double closes), in-house closing attorney, property search and inventory, deal analysis, market research, member matching, and construction crew. Elite members access services as paid add-ons. Cohort members get them included.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes. Start where you are. Many members join Free or Elite and upgrade once they see what's available — your rate is locked for 12 months, and upgrades are seamless.
